For more than 24 years, Tychon Inc has supplied precision CNC machined parts to customers across the United States. Our full-service machine shop uses advanced turning and milling equipment to manufacture close-tolerance components in both prototype and production volumes.

We regularly machine parts with detailed geometry, thin-walled sections, and complex curves or angles. Our fleet includes 3- and 4-axis CNC equipment with live tooling, automated bar feeds, and multiple work envelopes so we can match the process to the part. We work with aluminum, alloy steels, bronze alloys, stainless steel, plastics, and other non-metal materials such as composites.

Quality control is built into the entire process. We perform both in-process and final inspections, monitor critical dimensions throughout production, and can support heat treating, finishing, and assembly when your project requires a more complete manufacturing solution.
